google is about to release a new wave of google class a units. they are high-tech glasses out into the wild. and not just anyone can get their hands on this high-tech item 3 is a big catch. right now about 10,000 people have a google glass unit 3 mostly employees, celebrities and developers. google announced it will let those testers and by three of their friends to also become testers. these glasses will be available for public purchase until 2014. so you could imagine there's a huge techie geeky population who wants to get their hands on a pair of these before the public has done. in a block post google says there joined the second wave of glass give out this way because the existing testers would know best who would make a good testers. they may have a point. maybe is it is the best way to expand the product part of me wonders if it's a huge marketing tactic to spread the hype. make it so exclusive that jeff to know someone to get it. testers have to pay $1,500 for a pair of glass bridge and the next wave of testers also have to pay $1,500. an
